When transactions marked as 'Reccurring Expenses' come into into your transaction feed - those will not reduce the amount of fluid in your Spendabubble. This is by design.
The Spendable budget is intended to help you track your monthly spending on everything after your reccurring expenses are taken care of.
The idea is that you track all of your recurring expenses so you can make sure you've got income set aside to pay them each month, and then with what's left over you create a Spendable budget to track your non-essential spending.
Since the reccurring expenses have already been accounted for, they aren't deducted from your Spendable when they post to your financial feed, and the fluid level in your Spendabubble won't go down.
