Fear not - it happens to the best of us!
When your bank issues a new card and you are given a new card number, this breaks the connection that Level has with that card, and that's why you aren't seeing any new transactions coming in.
To reset the connection to your account so that Level detects your new card number and resumes syncing, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the level web app here: https://www.levelmoney.com/app/login
2. Once logged in, find the bank that is not updating and hit the trash can icon to remove that institution from your account.
3. Use the bank search box to lookup your issuing bank and re-add it to your Level account.
Please note: Upon disconnecting a bank account, the transaction history for that bank will be removed from your Level account entirely. When you reconnect that bank, Level will pull in a few months of transaction history, but anything older than that will be lost.
