If you're stuck or need help with Level, our support team is here to help.
To contact support:
- Login to your Level Money account.
- Open the Settings menu in the app and tap Contact Support. This will bring you to our in-app help center. (You must have at least one bank linked to your Level account to access this menu.)
- From there,
- Android - click the orange "+" icon to submit a new ticket, or use the bulleted list icon in the top-right to view your existing tickets.
- iOS - tap the button says "Contact Us" in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen to send us a message.
When submitting a request, in order to get you back up and running quickly and to minimize any extraneous communication, your humble and responsive customer service agent benefits from the following:
- Provide context about the issue. Which bank is having the issue? When did the issue start, etc.
- Screenshots. We love em! They are *extremely* helpful.
If you are unable to log into your Level account, you will first need to create a new account with a different email address to message us.
