There are a number of reasons why the bank login failure may have happened. It's possible that your bank requires that you enlist in paperless statements or it may also be because of multiple security questions.
Please check with your bank to see if something is blocking your access. If not, please try again connecting again with Level.
If the bank login failure persists, please us the Contact Us option in the settings menu in Level to let us know, and our team will do everything possible to get this issue fixed.
